With an elegant pinky color that matches the fruit, this batch comes from a meticulous selection of plots from an old vineyard, “Les Soluis”, on the hills of the Marne river. 100% Pinot Meunier.
The harvesting has two phases: firstly, very ripe and perfectly healthy little bunches for the red color, then the others for the white color. The two presses are then blended to give this batch both a strong and light taste.
Ideal for every festive summer occasion.
